how about 205cc or 225cc AFR heads that are hand finished by race-prep or Futral motorsports? how if i go with the stock 5.7 LS1 cylinder heads? what is the best choice specially in terms of track times and mph?.

It all depends on your cam.

TEA is TOTAL ENGINE AIRFLOW and are having problems at the moment.

Abdullah,
Bottom line you have to set a goal and work at gathering parts to reach it.
1-How fast/quick do you want to go, 10's, 11's
2- Your car is stock so you'll need all the bolt ons first, LT headers, LS6/LSx intake, Ported TB, lid, bellows, injectors, fuel pump, clutch, 12 bolt rear etc....
3- Heads, cam, pulley, valvetrain, oil pump, T-chain, gaskets etc...
4- Tuning, ls1 edit or HP tuner.

As you can see, this is no cheap task. So first decide how fast you want your ET's and work to achieve that in the most reliable way.

Let me put it this way. They are no longer sponsors>>>>>> They are having some difficulties but I hope they'll get back on top soon.

Performance results thus far versus say the Patriot stage 2 5.3's or others. I'm looking to go with a bigger cam on my LS1 and maybe better heads.

PREDATOR-Z, i already ordered LS1edit. my goal is to hit 10's with NA 346. should i put a large cam like 244/250 to achieve 10's? will the stock bottom end hold @ 7000-7500 rpm

btw, where can i get helms manual for my 2000 M6 Z28? i have SES light and the troulbe codes are PO137 and PO430.

Maybe they didn't feel like paying all the money for sponsorship?

Just a suggestion as there are many combos.

Cam> T-REX
Heads> Stage II 243 casting LS6
Headers> QTP with Velocity collector
Intake> Fast 90/ 90 TB
March pulley 25% UD

You'll also need injectors, fuel pump (RACETRONIX).
12 bolt MOSER rear with 4:10's
BMR suspension goodies and SPOHN torq arm, QA1 shocks.
A set of light wheels, I like BOGART and ET Drag and skinnies.

HELM manual at AMAZON.COM

NO I wouldn't spin the stock block above 6800/7000 max, and that is depending on how many KM it has.

We don't see to many Cartek Heads in Mich at 6-800 ft above sea level.
We do see the ET heads at the tracks here .
Some of us have learned our lesson, I want to just buy it once and ET HEADS
has served the VE of my c5 well .
They have some new stuff coming ,what say Cary?
