1) do you have an a4 or m6?
2) do not go w/ slp headers, look at kooks or qtp long tubes
3) the cam i chose for my car would work well with a 402ci motor, its a 240/244 comp cams custom grind.
4) you will need pushrods, ported oil pump, bigger injectos

whats your SCR? also what tranny? for headers go with kooks 1 7/8. as far as cam something like a 248/252 112 is a good place to start.

and that 575 is flywheel hp not rearwheel. that equates to around 490rwhp. 575rwhp will require alot more then a simple 402, at least w/o some n2o.

i think 525 is attainable. If you figure around 1.3 hp per cubic inch in a 346 making 450 rwhp then a 402 could make 525. I say look for a high 240 low 250 duration on a 110 lsa. Have a custom cam grinder make you something. Although i don't think you'll get there with your current heads. Run a hand ported set of AFR's with around 11.3:1 compression and fast 90/90 setup and with the right cam you'll be around 525rwhp.
