So guys, I got me a set of ARE stage 3 heads. They will be going on my 422 for this year. Got them cleaned up and ready to go! Some interesting specs:

The Basics:
ARE Stage 3 LS1 head
2.10 / 1.60
chambers sized for a 4.080 bore
Sollid roller springs with 230 lbs on the seat and 510 lbs over the top at .640 lift
Chamers CC out to be 64.5cc
Hardened steel retainers Wish they were Titanum...
Grooved for C5R valve covers

Local flow bench results:
Sorry, intake only, machienist forgot to flow the exhaust side.

.200 = 148
.300 = 212
.400 = 259
.500 = 293
.550 = 308
.600 = 320
.650 = 323
.700 = 323

So what do you guys think?

ARE, if you are looking, what kind of valve springs do you guys use?

The casting number is 853. I am under the impression that they are 99-00 LS1's.

ARE, I have a Question for you guys, Do you use lash caps with T&D's? I see that the locks are made with lash caps in mind, I just wonder if you guys use them...

Ryan, those are a really nice looking heads. I like the intake especially. Do you happen to know the pressure drop that was used to get the flow figures? Thanks, Mike.

I agree - they do look good !! - DO you know what port volume the intakes are ? They look BIG.
