230/236 .590/.598 112 LSA 2400-6800 RPM Power Band. Excellent mid-range & high RPM power. 3200+ stall, 3.42+ gear, computer tuning required. Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended.
Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft - T-ReX v.2 - 242/248 - .608/.612 - 110 lsa 3500-6700 RPM Power Band. Violent mid-range & high RPM power. Requires computer tuning, 4000+ converter on autos, 4.10's or greater on manual trans cars. Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended. Due to the extreme nature of this camshaft, piston to valve clearance must be verified when using modified cylinder heads.
I'm thinkin maybe the other one is better for my set up..

I'm gonna be NA with no other mods for about a year aside from tuning so I wanna get a sick cam.. Something just sounds insanely sick! and revs insanely fast.. I might go with the T-Rex anyway. LOL

you def. want a cam over 240 duration with a .600 lift or more. if i was gonna spray it eventually i would stick with a 112 lsa.
in my 395 stroker i run a 242 242 .595 .595 112lsa lunati and it makes nice power and is stock like on the street. #'s in sig

Chris, have you given Allan a call yet? If not, then do so now. The T-Rex is a good cam, its pretty radical in a 346, it'd calm down in a 383 quite a bit, but its still not designed to be in a stroker motor. Get a custom ground bumpstick, its the best choice.

It would probably be better to call, I have a feeling their email box is flooded with stuff about the GP on cams they are announcing this afternoon. Kip, Telly, Candy, and of course Allan are very knowledgable and will always talk to you about the best cam for your needs.
