i'd just stick with mobil1 5w30 though...i'm pretty sure that is "standard"
patman will prolly point you into the german castrol fad that everyone is so caught up on...(not saying that that oil is not amazing, it's just one of thse things i guess it's a "bandwagon")
as long as you change your oil every 2500-3000 miles the different brands don't make a huge difference

all of the oils are compatible.
while there is alot of urban myths on the subject the fact comes down to this:
just change your oil like normal. the synth in...
now because your engine probly has deposits from the previous non-syn oil, it would be a good idea to change it at normal oil intervals... atleast for the first few changes.
