If you have a non-spill funnel, slap it on the radiator neck, pour in your coolant and start it. Just keep an eye on it. You shouldn't have a problem with an air lock in it as long as you fill it before you start it.

I started by leaving the Coolant temp sensor and freeze plug in each side head off, and I started fililng the radiator until it leaked out from both openings. Then I plugged both of those and filled it with the coolant line from the x-over pipe to the TB open, until it leaked from there. Buttoned that up, topped off the radiator, then started the car with the raidaor cap off, and let the Tstat open while watching the level in the radiator rise and fall, and added coolant as needed. Worked fine for me.

I re-filled the radiator, started mine then drove it around, then the temp popped up to 250ish so I shut it down and opened the radiator cap, it gurgled and bubbled for about 30 seconds then I filled it again, it has been good to go since then (two days ago).

Mac tools sells this thing that hooks up to shop air and evacs the rad and block 4 about $60.00 to $ 80.00. It's pretty cool it puts vacume inside the radiator and the you stick a hose in a bucket of antifreeze and flip a switch and puff no air pockets.
