They can to him as bare heads and he assembled valves, springs, retainers, etc. I will post the dyno sheet at hollowayracing.com.

bickelfirebird, did you put down those numbers on a dyno through the a4?? if so thats incredible numbers. i will be going with a similar set up on my car. when i get the 90/90 set up i will mill the heads to a 11.1:1 CR and hope to make some killer power

Question

i know that this is slightly offtopic, but how would the tuning (LS1edit) of a FM14 relate to the tuning of a G5x3 cam from lgmotorsports? i'm gonna run hooker LT's, TSP TD's, p/p TB, and LS6 intake. which one is more suitable, or does it not matter?

I've had an F13 in my daily driver for almost a year now and I have no complaints.

I have the F13 in my 383 and besides the fact it surges a bit on starts I would never guess I had a cam. I'm surprised this cam acts so stock.

Very drivable cam. Drive it every day to and from school no problems. I'm considering going bigger...F15 or maybe even the HPE S-cam in my DD.

I plan on going w/either the F11 or F12 too keep my lift under .600 and plus, I don't want a rough idle. The trade-off is what?.....5-7hp, so under the circumstances, I would rather have a peak, fair idling, street cam, but everyone's opinions are different. (228/230 or 230/230)

If you go higher, make sure you have the required exhaust system so you don't restrict yourself and I understand the higher you go, the more tuning issues you may run into. Since I don't know what other mods you have, it is hard to steer you, but I do know ppl that have F13 cams and love them on THEIR M6's.

All depends on what you are after! Good luck and it isn't an easy choice

Guys w/ the F13's ... describe the EXACT driveability of the cam. I'm looking at the F13 (230/232) and F11(228/230) right now. A switch from my Thunder Racing 230/224, and i'm looking for better driveability. Before yall start saying the F13 has badass driveability, can someone describe your typical cold startup / warm startup. What surging problems do you have, when its cold and when its warm. Whats the lowest rpm you can get it to idl.e at? In traffic when your coming to a light, what rpm does the car start bucking at in 4th,3rd,2nd? All these conditions when its got a good tune too btw, not on a stock tune.

With my tr230, at first I was saying the driveability was the same as stock. After driving it through almost every condition possible, I've noticed there are some areas where it doesn't have the stock driveability. And I'm looking for some basis to compare the driveability of the F13 to my tr230 other than "you can't beat the driveability of this cam".
Any detailed help is much appreciated!
