FM14 first impressions finally!

started the car for the first time in 6 months)2000 vett 6sp) with the new cam- FM 14 112lsa. the car idles like stock great. took it for a ride, the car pulls like a rocket. unreal. what a difference from the fm11 i had. the car a has a slite, so slite cruise control affect at 2k rpms. i barely noticed it. at a stop light, it hardly moves from idle. very minimal idle hunt. i think this cam idles/drives better than the fm11-weird. o well better for me. ok on too the bad news-un cam related. my directionals in the back of the car dont shut off. they stay on 24/7 so that killed my batt. so i cant figure it out so the car is off to the chevy garage next week unforunatly. also while its there i need a four wheel alinment(sp). i also bought a high rise hood for the car and put it on. i dont know if i like it too much. ill get pics up tomorrow. right now its off to boston

definitely need to get some pics of the hood up. glad you like the cam so much!! i'll be gettin that cam myself soon. would love to hear some sound clips.

The FM14 really pulls that much harder than the FM11? Is that just top end or through the whole power band? Getting it dyno'd soon? Be interested in an overlay of the two..

Fm14 is worlds better than fm11.. It's my favorite cam out right now.
