Default Complete list to build forged 347

I am thinking about building a forged 347. What I plan on doing is having a short block made while I drive my current motor. I have a new block and crank(stock) to use, but I need a list of parts that I should put together to have the engine built.
Here is what I have come up with so far:
3.905 forged pistons
piston rings
bearings
forged rods
ARP rod bolts

Other than that, can I pretty much just use the components that I have?
Is there anything I am missing?

I built a 347cid and I got a new LS6 block and after in stalling the crank,I plastic gauged it, and noticed that the crank was to tight .0007" very very tight so i had to pull the crank out and have the block line bored .This was a brand new GM LS6 block. So you might want to check it before build, so if it out of tolerance, you want haft to tair it down in the middle of your build.I was told later that the new blocks were not perfect or ready for build out of the box ,they had to be check for line bore and cylinder bore tolerances and cam bearing alinement, your may be perfect but mine was not .Just trying to help .I know how it feels to get every thing ready to put the motor together and haft to tair it all down and take to a machine shop and be down for another 3 or 4 days.

the rods will most likely come with the standard ARP rod bolts, upgrades to pro series can be had as well. make sure you match the rods and piston right; meaning length and compressed height. also like randy said check the block for squarness and have the block line honed and use ARP main studs, and deck the block if neccessary.

the most important think needed is a competant builder who knows what he's doing cuz even a motor with the top of the line parts if not put together correctly will become a nice paper weight.

If you have to ask this question, you should have a shop build it for you. JMO.

You take your box of new parts, along with your block and crank down to the machine shop and say "Do the block". About a thousand dollars later you can take it home and put it together.
