these were bought from wheel 2 wheel.. kurt can fill in the specs that are on the spec sheet i dont have yet he was busy yesterday playing with his truck.

comments:
stock 6.0 mls gaskets are sharp! dont try to slide them over studs. 2 nice cuts on opposite hands
tq'd to 80 and 24 w/ oil

apparently the acessory mount holes are not as deep, i had to cut about 1/4" off of the ps bracket bolt to get it back flush.. and used shorter ones on the other two.

also the valve cover screws do not lock down, they just keep tightening and tightening.. so you have to use judgement on when the gasket is compressed.
- you have to use 99+ valvecovers... maaan i hate em!

my front coolant crossover tube had to be bent a little bit to line up, but that may have happened getting turbo crap piled up on it in the back of the car.

*EDIT*
also it seems the spark plugs sit deeper in the hole and it makes the spark plug wires tight to reach.. not too tight but borderline.. a solution if it really bothered someone would be some truck wires with are an inch or so longer.

i may have to switch pushrods, not sure yet, these heads are taller than my last set (lower CR) but its not really loud.. maybe a little rattle when reving. feels solid and strong so far, only 10psi (new clutch). will be racing at MIR next sat.

So these heads only had a minor touch up around the guide area but not the intake runner?

With the PS and other accessories all lined up like it should, no issues with shorter bolts?

Will be waiting for feedback...

there is no belt allignment issues if thats what you mean.. i just had to use shorter bolts to secure the pump bracket to the head.

yes they did some minor work to the bowls but no runner porting or matching at all... gives me something to upgrade in the future

Do you know what valves and springs are in them?

I think you should spring for some ARE (NOT Agostino!) valvecovers...the ones with the oil squirters.

Looks good Dave. Good luck with them. Once you get dialed in, I am curious to see if there is any gain from using these heads versus the old setup.

This is most likely due to the fact that the valve cover rails are raised .250" To clear shaft rockers without having to use spacers.

They have a hollow 8mm stem intake valve, a inconel 5/16 ex valve. The springs are 921 comps with the matching ti retainers and Manley machined locks. The chamber is standard large chamber program on CNC machine. The ex bowl was worked on because we new what David would be doing. The intake was untouched except a little de-burr around the guide.
