the OEM LS1 head gasket will give you exactly 10.75:1
the OEM LS6 head gasket will be around 10.6:1

Using that compression ratio chart i came up with 11.11 to 1 with a stock .054 gasket.And 11.38 to 1 on a .045. Is that correct?
And is 11.38 to 1 ok on pump? I can get 93 octane or if need be sunoco 94.

Almost exactly what I got as well.
You will be fine with a good 93 octane and a good tune.

where do you get the 3.960?
Is that the bore size your using?
If so Why?
It is all in the tune.
I haven't even done a heads and cam package on a daily driver with less then 11.3 CR in the last year. There is just to much power, and gas milage in the added compression and we all run 93 octane anyways so might as well get the most out of our expensive *** gas.
