Not by sound, but if you're still pulling after 6300 rpm, you prolly have one in.

Raise your limiter to 6800 and raise your shiftpoints to 6600.
If I remember correctly in first gear, every +1 point raised is 150 rpm so you would need 500 rpm higher raise it + 4 for 550 rpm more or 6650 shift
In second it is 75 rpm for every point so + 7 for 525 rpm more or 6625 shift
In third it is 50 rpm per point so + 10 and 6600 shift

Just don't forget to raise you rpm limiter to 6800 or 6900 or you'll bang against it.

So basically you Hypertech shift setting will be +4 /+7 /+10

An easier method would be to measure the lift at the valves. While you're under the valve covers, look at the valve springs. Chances are if you have aftermarket or yellow LS6 springs, then the cam has been upgraded.

Just go put the car on the dyno and see what it cranks out. You will be able to tell by the numbers and how high the cam pulls. If it starts flattening out around 5300 rpm then you have a stock cam, if it keeps pulling to 6200 ish then you have an LS6 cam.
