Default Ron Jeremy cam - what heads?

I deleted the last thread I posted cause it was confusing me as much as it was you.

Thinking about going with this cam instead. Read that it clears fine as well. What heads would work best with this cam w/out flycutting? Would the PRC's work? anyone have heads w/ this cam?

thanks.

I'm pretty sure the PRC's would work, provided you use the stock sized valves (if those are even offered from PRC). If you get the 2.05's, chances are strong that it wont clear and you'll need to flycut.

Yeah I was talking to Bryan over at TSP. He said that he has the PRC's with 2.02 valves that will clear the MS3...so I am guessing it should clear the F15 as well.

I'm running stock heads w/ PRCs. No valve float up to 6900 rpm.

We can port a set of heads to match your cam and application. We build our heads one set at a time as ordered. All of our heads are flow tested, you get flow sheets and blueprint records. We use Ferrea valves, Comp Cam springs, retainer and locks. Our stage two 241 castings would work very well. Give me a call, PM, e-mial ask for Harold. www.PortPros.com PortPros@sbcglobal.net

Could hold out for the trickflows and see how they do. Supposedly they have great p/v clearance.

Peace,
Josh
