Dart is going to offer fully ported heads that will be priced right in line with the rest and after looking at how well the as cast does versus ported heads, Dart should be fine in the cnc market.

when are we going to see some of these fully ported heads?

Springs that fit OEM head will fit the Dart. If mods are needed with the OEM then they will probably be needed with the Dart as well

Curious as to why you are interested in this? The Dart springs are somewhat light on the seat (125#) but they have a pretty high spring rate and are beehive design so there is less accelerated mass.

Sorry can't help you with that one. We are testing heads for our crate engine's. They are 402ci at this time. We may add some other sizes in the future, but it probably will not be the 346.

We held the timing steady at 30 degrees.

The last row of HP and TQ is with mild portwork and 2.08 valves. This is in SAE correction(factory) on a engine dyno. The test was ran with the Holley carb and Edelbrock intake.

That same dyno run in Standard correction (29.92Baro-60F) was 529ftlbs and 575hp.
The actual raw power at the crank with no correction factors on that run was 537ftlbs and 585hp. At the time of the run humidity was 55% temp was 31f and baro was 29.51.

am I reading that right? you picked up 27hp@6400 going to a bigger valve and mild portwork? its kind confusing to read...
wish you'd spin it another 500rpm looks like gains are going up nicely as rpm increases.

It is hard to read, but you are reading it right! Power peak on all runs was at 6400rpm or lower.
