I just ported one and if you search you'll find pics.
1) Mock up engine outside of car
2) Disassemble FAST
3) WIth the bottom 2 pieces of the fast mounted on the engine bolted down use a carbide burr to radius the entry so it meets the external dimensions of the intake port
4) Once all 8 ports are "port matched" roughly 1/4" in than remove the intake
5) With a 200-400 grit sanding roll 2" long or so smooth the "port matched" section to the runner. Use the temperature of the plastic to tell if its getting thin.
Once everything is done you will see its a smooth transition from the runner into the port.

Phil, et al, maybe you can answer a question for me: I am presently porting my FAST 90 as well, The top piece of the three easily seperated from the two black ones, after removing the bolts. The middle piece is IN THERE, though! I removed the screws and pulled as hard as I dared everywhere i could grab hold, and it never budged. I am afraid to pry them apart since it is plastic...
Any tips? Should I even bother with seperating the lower pieces?
TIA
Tony
