Will be for my 01ss and will eventually have a 100 shot wet

Right now car has all boltons except UD pulley

This will also be my DD!!!

What size stall? I have the 233/239, and it's a little big for a DD imo, but it makes good power. I'd looks smaller if I were you for a true DD. But, it's subjective..

Well that why im looking in to the Trak cam it only need 3200 plus

I think that you might want to get a decent set of heads to go along with any of those cams.

If you go with the TRak cam, just make sure you get really good valve springs and Ti retainers. Comp 921s are ideal, but PP Golds shimmed to within .050" of coil bind will also work. Cam makes power everywhere.

You need at least a 3500 stall, but my favorite is the Yank SS 4000 converter. Good all around for street and strip and works GREAT with the TRak cam from Thunder Racing. I'd keep the 3.23 gears if you get enough stall.

It is a split cam, however i have no idea how it would react to a decent shot.

It's an excellent nitrous cam. The valve events are very condusive to strong power on the spray.
