UOTE=PREDATOR-Z]LS6 "style" are 6.0 heads with welded chambers (64cc/59cc)
243 casting are new GM LS2 castings (05+)
The difference is that welded 6.0 59 cc still keep more PTV clearance to allow bigger cams than if you milled the 243 to achieve 59cc.
I doubt seriously there is a major power difference all components and chamber size being the same, but milled 243's might flow a little less.
In any case, this is a really good deal with Ferrea/dual spring setup.[/QUOTE]
what do you think would be a better head for me(patriot 243 or the ls-6). im running an f14,LT's,90mm fast intake & tb, with all the bolt ons and oem ported 99 heads.

The MS3 will fit PP 243 with stock valves and no mill.
It might even fit PP 59 cc with 2.02/ 1.57 valves ( not sure though)
But with bigger valves, the way to do this is stick the cam in and measure PTV.
No sane sponsor here will give you a definite answer, it will be it "should" but "better measure", which is sound advice when you're playing with cams that size.

Would the MS3 and the 243 heads be a good combo? About how much HP would you get with this set up? I want low 11s on motor, and I al searching right now for some answers but I might as well ask.

PTV always needs to be measured, and yes 2.05/1.57 is the way to go on stock cubes.
Contact TSP for fitment, since they used to sell PP and would hhave a pretty good idea as to what VE's or if any flycutting is necessary.
