Should have put the stock pump on when you tore it down and saw everything looked right. Hopefully that will take care of your problem.

before you take it apart again you should get a mechanical gauge. You can hook it up either behind the intake in place of the oil sending unit or I think they make an adapter that goes behind the oil filter. I would at least try that to see if it is just the sending unit or the gauge itself.

Wow! This is painful, and it's not even my car! I wish you had mentioned that is was a new pump BEFORE you tore it down and put it back together for the second time. You could have checked the new pump against the old, to see if it was put back together correctly. Some things that come to mind are: Georotor installed incorrectly? (There's a dot on the front side), relief valve assembled correctly, Any metal chips from the porting process jammimg the pump? Any parts missing?
If you check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, and still don't have any oil pressure, I would just get a new LS6 pump for $100, get rid of the one that's in there, and be done with it.
I feel for you bud, but you need to slow down, think about the problem and the possible causes, eliminate as many things as you can, and proceed in a methodical fashion.
Can you find anyone locally to help you, that has some experience ?
I hope you get this resolved. You certainly have more patience than me.
Good luck.
