LS2 243 castings will clear the MS3
Most shops will recommend 7.40.
I would run 7.425's and if you have more than 50Kmiles on your lifters, I would change those too.

I know its long store but I thought that the ls2 head the are no more than ls6 heads and the should fit with the MS3 with the stock push road length 7.4 .but you know with that size of cams it is allows better to ask .i bought the whole package for the ms3 the titanium returns and the dual valve spring push road and oil pump but I got these heads offered for very good price and I couldn’t resist that. I will be using stock GM gasket to Increase PV clearance .thanks for the help

The MS3 is a sick cam....You are gonna need a GOOD set of ported heads to really get the most out of the cam.... Out of the box, or stock heads wont cut it....You will be leaving alot on the table... TRUST ME.....

I know the ms3 cam would benefits from the ported heads, but I think with the ls2 would be killer setup for the price and better then the stock head casting, even that the c6 heads exhaust valve is not sodium filed but I think the power will be in the range of 420rwhp maybe not sure but that is my Target .

Bad luck the guy change his mind and he want sell them (he might use them later????) .I might ended up with 408 with 11:5 comparison ratio and a set of AFR225 fully ported by TEA, why wasting time and money in small step at time. I think the ms3 will remain in till the right time come's for the next mod .
Cheers for every one and thanks for the greet help.
