TR224/224 is pretty much the benchmark cam on the market.
Get it on a 112LSA, valvesprings, pushrods, and you're good to go.
365-395 rwhp power range, with the most solid tq curve you can see.

Work your way down that list if you want more power.

Give the folks at Thunder a call. They're always helpful.

I love the T-rex. If It was a daily driver, I would have with the trak or cheater. Get the package. Its really worth it. And add gaskets.

Just put the TR224/224 112 on my 04 GTO and loving it. Haven't got a tune yet so I don't know about the power but it feels great! There's a vid of my car around here somewhere...https://ls1tech.com/forums/pontiac-gto-2004-2006/431264-tr224-112-lsa-installed-vid.html

TR230 110 LSA, Lots of good midrange power. Idles at 850 with tunning. Not good for smog, but great for a 280Z!

Thunder Rocks, Nuff said.
