Trick Flow Heads

Other than the flow number, I'm interested in the combustion. Some other TF heads, the Ford 'R's come to mind, have the plug seriously pointed toward the exhaust.
So more than the flow bench, I'd really like to see the results of these heads with a strong cam, like 224/228 LSK, and good intake. I'd really like to see the spark advance numbers, and maybe the amount of compression that could be tolerated.
Mike@TEA could chime in, do you expect these heads to require less advance and use more compression?

With LSK lobes, it would probably be fairly "strong."

In the initial dyno testing results I have seen the head likes about 2 degrees less timing than our LS-6 heads, our 1.5-5.3's or the AFR 205's. As for compression increases I would not expect to be able to run alot more but the shallower valve angle should tolerate some.

Seems like a bunch of smoke and mirrors. I hate when folks bring up product development 6-12 months before the product comes out. And right before it actually hits the market, there is always some sort of catastrophic set back.

Here is a picture of the chamber nothing really new there. As for the spring pockets it should be no problem to cut them for the larger 1.55-1.625" roller springs. I was hoping some of the guys who we have shipped them to would post some pix or results but none have yet. I am told there is a huge batch of heads in process right now and availability should be very good in the next few weeks. We flew through the first batch pretty quickly. I will post power numbers soon.

I will post up some pictures this weekend of the Trick Flow heads. I would have posted them earlier by my digital camera is on vacation with my wife.
I will start a new post with them in it.
I can tell you all that the heads are beautiful! The CNC work and attention to detail is some the best I have ever seen.
