The porting and polishing look beautiful; what's that stuff that looks like pitting on the exhaust valve, or is that just picture quality???

There are actually a few out now that are posted in this section of the site. Patriot and PRC to name a couple that are CNCed. Not many people post pix of the flow sheet and graph, wish more did.

What do you consider a lot of money? The heads look real nice. When I take mine off again I am going to do some more hand work to them and get them put on a flow bench.

1200 including the price of the heads.Today that doesnt seem like a bargain because of the great sponsor pricing on cnced heads but its not bad for brand new ls6 castings, fully ported and polished and milled to my specs, and deshrouding of the valves, cleaned and reassembled.the intakes went from 212cc to 229cc.So its not like they were hogged on,should retain great torque.

They look nice! You could use a camera with a macro setting for some cleaner pics, but thank you for posting.

The flow numbers look excellent to me for a light hand-ported job.
Looks great.

They look like something I asked TEA about a few years ago. I wanted my LS6 heads ported without hogging out the intake runners, and I wanted to keep my stock lightweight valves. They said they had done one set like this for a circle track car but that's it. I never ended up doing it but I still plan on it one day.

Those heads look good!

TEA does this now quite often. Even offers it using their 241 casting heads.

Very nice work. You will pick up some flow just ditching the stock valve on the intake with an undercut race flow of the same diameter. Ferea makes an undercut exhaust valve. That can easily be a 310cfm head.

Thats a good point with the race valves and i did consider it.But my budget is tight as i still need the headers and cam, gaskets etc.otherwise i would.
