I wouldn't go that big in a daily... you will love it for a week or 2, then be sick of having no low end cruising power.

Go to speed inc's website, the 224/228 comp cam they offer would be perfect for what you want to do, or call Eastside, and have them get it for you. You won't regret it.

The stall would cover the low end cruising power wouldn't it, I mean it's not a small converter and my buddy has the 231/237 with a 4000 stall and drives his everyday and loves it

Do what you want, the stall will help alot, but it's still gonna be noticable... 4l60 converters are a lock up converter.. you will still notice the lack of low end when cruising fast enough for the converter to lock up.

Don't be afraid to go a little bigger than you planned on the stall. I plan on dropping in a 3800 over my current 3500 and I drive mine on the street all the time. Your car will be significanlty louder though as the rpm's will be much higher cruising around. And get some good tires.

As JL said once the converter locks it will drive like stock.
