However I do suggest that you are properly stalled for a cam first and foremost. You will not get any help from the stock converter really. If you want to be able to use the MS3 for its full potential you will need a different converter.
Are you running this as a DD or a strip/road race car?
What kind of power/tq are you wanting to accomplish?
Are you going to be using stock heads or aftermarket ports and valve upgrades?
Do you have intake/exhaust/headers/converter.....ect?
You will definitely want to upgrade your valve train for this cam.
I would say in most cases 918's would be fine if this car only plans to the see the track once in a blue moon. Dual springs would be your overall best bet, and make sure that you are running some hardened pushrods as well with the correct length.
You do not need to buy new rockers or lifters for this cam unless you really want to.
Basically let us know what you want to get out of this cam and we can help you better.
I have the MS3, and I love it like a newborn child.
I used the Patriot Gold sprink kit and the Trick Flow pushrods with mine. I am verry happy with the way it runs. It is very quiet also, no valvetrain noise at all.

Compared to the 231/237 where does it start to pull...?
If I wanted to do the swap myslef I shouldn't need a different length push rod correct, since I already have them with my 231/237.
With this cam no fly cutting is required now correct...?
