We build them check out our site at www.PortPros.com
Give me a call or PM, I'd be happy to put a quote together for you. All our motors are built to order, using only the best components, we also do custom port work and custom cams.
If you would like your motor built with another companys heads no problem, we provide flow sheets and blueprint records for all of our engine builds.

Thanks,
Harold

TSP - who built my 347 - has aluminum 402s as well as iron 408s, they can do just about anything any other shop can afaik. Erik @ HPE would be my next bet - SDPC, FFHP, LME all have good reps. TSP, Erik @ HPE or SDPC would be my top picks however.

If you call SDPC ask to talk to Kris Jones. He's KJ@SDPC, the active one on this board from that company. @ HPE ask for Erik. Any other shop you can talk to just about anyone.

o yeah also, is there any advantage of a 402 over a 408 or viceversa? except for weight? will everything on the ls2 block work with the ls1 computer now? like the knock sensors and what not?

Anyone have long term experience with the FFHP block? With the price so much cheaper than the others it has me worried.
