I consider any GM casting a "budget head". Casting number relative heads that have simiply been ported are IMHO a "budget head". I am not saying they are bad by any means, HELL look at my car, making over 430rwhp through 17x11s and a 12bolt with a tr224 and cheapo Absolute Speed heads. But unless you are after every single CFM you aren't going to notice a huge difference between one company or another. Given the same casting number.

Our LS6 style heads are bought as new GM raw castings and do not come with seats in them from the factory.

AFR heads are an aftermarket casting. We will soon be releasing our own Predator castings. Our Predator heads will have a thick deck surface, beefed up rocker and springs pads, 3 runner versions, and custom chambers that are made to your specs. As with our LS6 style heads, these custom chambers will be done by CNC maching and not by milling the heads. These, like our current OEM heads, will be very high quality and comparible in performance and flow to other aftermarket heads available. Pricing on these heads will be less than the heads in the same class.

When will the Predator heads be out?

I just ordered the PRC heads last week. Looked like they worked well with a MS3. Also TSP is great, good products and customer service.

Pretty much semantics, you can call them anything you want, but "budget" seems to be a total putdown unless it's strictly in reference to the price, which we know it's not. For the sake of example, let's assume you have a Snap-On toolbox filled with Snap-On tools, then someone comes out with similar, gilded in gold, tools based on Snap-On's design, and then turns around and calls the regular Snap-On tools "budget." This would be nasty, false, mean-spirited, and unfair, and a ploy to get consumers to buy their tools instead.

BTW, nice numbers! I hope I can do as well with the same cam and ported LS6 heads.
