You can get LS2/LS6 "243" castings stage 1 from Patriot Performance, straight bolt on, 64cc (comes with bolts and gasket too). IIRC $875 or something like that.

That would be a good addition for your cam

We have several sets of the PRC Street LS6 cylinder heads going together right now! Checkout the dyno results section for results! I can get in here all day & tell you how well they work, but a few independent customers making huge power says way more than I can type They're hard to beat for 899.99!!

They make good power, but he wants something that will work well with a tiny 216/220 .525/.532 cam......Isn't the intake port volume on those heads like 237 cc's?

If you've got the money for AFR 205's then go for it. They are probably the best head for that cam. You might want to hold off though, if you are gonna be buying a 402. When you get the 402 you'll need bigger heads/cam than that.

No, you will not get 33% more lift w/ the 1.8s. You'll get a little less than 6% lift (i.e. 1.8/1.7=1.0588) which will be something like 0.556/0.563 lift.

The LS6 head isn't a bad choice for that cam. Make sure they're sprung properly for the weight of your rockers though - the rock bottom LS6 pricing may or may not include appropriate valvetrain parts.

The LS6 head and 216/220 cam combo is completely different from what you'd want for a 402 setup though.
