Also to change the Fuel pump/filter on the 04' you have to drop the rear transaxle. If you are having fuel pressure issues, you may want to look into a Kenne Belle Boost-a-pump. Good luck

My fuel pressure is 58 psi. it has 38lbs injectors I also have the Air/fuel ratio gauge it seems to be fine...The car acts strange...when it is parked you and rev it up to 2000-3000 rpm and sound great and acts great...but put it on the road and it looses power and starts to ping.

On the 04, the fuel filter was moved to inside the tank.
If you are running the stock pump, you are likely starving for fuel up top. Pressure at idle or low RPM doesn't matter, I am willing to bet the stock pump can't keep up with those injectors at higher RPM. This may have been the source of your cracked piston issue. If you go over to CF, England Green just did a Paxton install by ECS and one of the first steps is to put in a bigger fuel pump. You also need bigger wires to feed the pump as it draws more juice. Magnacharger, same deal you have to put in a new pump.

I drove the car while watch the fuel gauge and it kept good pressure about 58 lbs...its sending no codes on dash...I also checked the springs and rockers everything looked good. The fuel injectors are about a year old they were put on when I got the supercharger.

This may sound offbeat, but have you checked or cleaned the MAF lately? If you have an oiled filter like a K@N or Holley, forced induction will have a tendency to blow the air filter oil and get on the 2 wires on the MAF. Also, if you're just relying on a $30 air/fuel guage that's just labled rich, lean, and stoich, that's not enough. You need a wideband for accuracy. With boost, you should be right around 11.8/1 air/fuel.
Assuming you are indeed getting 58psi at WOT and running TR6's or a plug that's colder than stock, this sound like a simple sensor issue.

Yeah the ceramic is solid black....its carbon fouling....The MAF I havent cleaned or anything but during the rebuild something such as carb cleaner or something could have got on it....the air/fuel gauge wasnt a cheap one but it doesnt read numbers...just the rich, lean, stoich.

All the plugs look the same....the car doesnt use oil but if you get on it it will blow some black smoke that it hasnt been doing before the rebuild...Yeah the block was bored and honed by a professional with a torque plate.

I'm not too sure what to say about that, I've never seen a plug look like that.
Might want to take a look at the maf like someone else said. You can clean it with some contact cleaner or very gently w/ alcohol and q-tip. Your a/f sensor is also not ideal for accuracy.
