Ok, lets pretend he didn't have an oil pressure problem and he has this ticking sound. I have a ticking noise that sounds like a failing lifter. It will randomly start ticking and then after about 20 seconds it stops ticking. It's outrageously louder than a normal high lift cam ticking. I want to say that the lifters are taking a crap, (the place that did my work didn't change them like I asked....Thanks TTP)

Not sure about the Comps, but the Morels are packed with a grease when new. It may be that it will take time to get all the pretective grease out of them. 50 miles isn't much, maybe you should run it a bit and see what happens. I agree though, 20 psi at idle with a new LS6 pump is not right.
