I've seen the two go at it personally, and the TRex car won, but it was a great race. Too bad the Ms3 isn't around anymore or I'd get a video of them. I'll let everyone know how a Ms4 car performs next to a TRex car as soon as mine gets going.

the only way to offer a fair comparison is installing the cams in the same car. even comparing mod for mod (small) is still a crapshoot, as every car is different. i've seen lid only m6 cars go 110 mph, and i've seen an identical car in year, model, mileage, etc, go 107 mph...same driver.
i voted for the t-rex, the cam only record didn't make itself. nuff said.

Hey BREAKPARTS, what is your point? He said automatics win races, not get good gas mileage or have street manners. Hell, you said it yourself, it's not very good on the street *UNLESS YOU ARE RACING AT THAT TIME*. No **** Sherlock, that is what he said, automatics win races. He never said it get good gas mileage, has street manners, etc. If you want street manners don't play the game-go get a Hyundai or something. Personally, I would rather deal with a loose high stall converter than switching gears through traffic. But I guess things are different here where I live than they are in killafornia...

You sound like a very intelligent individual. Look at all the fastest LS1's-all are auto trannys. Sure, standards are fun for everyday driving, but show me a 6-speed car that can come close to touching the 60ft (or an 1/8th of a mile, or a 1/4 mile) of an identically modded A4 car.

once you replace the stock drivetrain in an m6 car, you now have something that will compete with a stalled auto. but mod for mod - 10 bolt for 10 bolt, the stalled auto will eat an m6 for lunch @ the track.
