we ran the car all the way to 8000 rpms just to see how the hp/tq curve looked. To my surprise no issue at all. 7000 rpms is nice but what'll happen to the patriot at 8000??? 921's still running strong and that was 12000 miles ago. I agree that if money is an issue, go with the patriots, they are the next best thing. I love it when everyone wins. You just have to package it a little different. To the guy that said no hp/tq at low/midrange with the G5X3, what are you talking about. I make gobs of hp/tq at both low and midrange. Way more then stock, and my car is set up for top end and it still pulls like a mule off the line. 11's in the 1/4 all day on OEM run flat tires. Just gotta drop the air pressure down a few pounds.

Not an option but i had a G5X3 in my 01 Z28 and i put down 422rwhp/396rwtq with cam and bolt on's. The car pulled pretty good. I added a set of PP LS6 heads and 4.10's gears and put down 440rwhp. I'm not sure what the tq was but it was over 400rwtq. Just another option to think about. My mods were lid, maf, Pulley, and hooker LT with no cats.

I'll have dyno numbers and track numbers in the next 2 weeks for you. I just hope i do not break another 10 bolt at the track testing it out. Here is a brief rundown of my setup. Would like to see 10s NA in a few weeks but the weather down south is already in the lower 90s
PRC 2.5 ls6 heads
Custom comp. cam (little bigger than the T Rex)
PT 4400 stall
4.10 gears
3280-3300 lb car with me

YEA "CAM ONLY" AS IN NO SEATS,AC, OR HELL ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULDA BEEN REMOVED, TOO LOL... i think its unfair when certain people take lightweight cars and sell their time slips off as the norm.. im nottring to say anything bad about anyone here but lets get realistic 10.2 for a cam only car is BS unless the car has had some serious weight reduction and a very low 60'

Wow look at all the votes!! Now tell me this, how many people have tried the cam that they voted for in a real car and not a made up internet car? Hell I saw a few "I want XX and its not even out yet."

I had the F15, its a nice cam very good drivability. It made good power, never got a full dyno tune before i sold the car. My car ran high 12's with 2.1 60's. It pulled very nice seemed like it peaked around 6300 i shifted at 6700. Its not bad, i'm building a ls1 for my 77 TA and it will have the MS4.
The F15 sounds nasty with the 111 lsa. F15 idle clip

I've had my MS3 for a year and a half now (10k miles) and love it. Dyno'd 414/378 NA on a VERY conservative tune for the spray. Haven't touched the motor since the install and still running strong!! Stock rear/heads/shortblock/intake/tranny too
