You might want to look into another cam/spring package that makes more useable power. Let me know if you are interested in a custom Outlaw Motorsports cam grind & Patriot spring kit.
He was probably checking for valve float to figure out where to set his redline. Not so foolish.

MS3 here. Went 12.12 @112mph with 2.73 gears and COMPLETLY STOCK suspension, no subframes, lca's or anything. This was on a 1.7 60' with 18" Kuhmo street tires too.
Race weight was 3650. Are those considered good #'s? It dynoed 362RWHP with the converter not locking up and some driveline vibration from the steel driveshaft being spun to 140+ mph on the dyno from the 273 gears.

I Cant Figure Out How Some Ls1's Can Have Boltons And Acam Like The Ms3 Or T-rex...both Good Cams Only Making 360 Rwhp 380 Rwhp..my Bolt On Only 02 Z28 No Pulley, made 360 Rwhp No Rockers,no Cutout..im At Aloss For Words...and With Ms3 Cam And Injectors 415rwhp...im Hoping A Pulley 90/90 And Stage 3 Ls6 Heads I Want 470 Rwhp......but Some With These Same Mods Make So Little Numbers...is This Due To The Tune Street Vs Strip

well i got my cay dyno today F15 ect and it put down 395rwhp & 380rwtq This is the first camed car iv ever driven so i have nothing to compare it with but with the tune about 75% its fine for a daily driver! It kinda seems slower till 3-3.5k rpms but then it pulls hard as ****. I have shift point at 6500. List of my parts are Futral F-15 cam ,Kooks 1 3/4 & 3x3 xpipe with no cats ,Ls6 intake <42# injectors ,ls6 oil pump ,160 tstat ,futral 7.4 rods ,manhley springs ,Haltech stinger intake ,B&B catback ,TR6 plugs & Msd wires. The car is a 99 vette mn6 with 80k on the motor. ditti

421 rwhp/ 384 rwtq after tuning with a Lunati 236/236 .580 .580 112 LSA with -0- advance ground in. Very good drivability and it pulls like a beast, it doesn't get too much better N/A cam only on stock cubes.

Cam only, pulley, Shaner S3 throttle body, Hooker, ORY, SLP DD catback, 4.11 gears.

You don't need to slam the valves with a huge cam lift when using stock heads. There is a point of diminishing returns. ~Josuha

This was N/A about 4 months ago. The car now has a twin turbo.

No numbers but my times are in the Sig. Before the TRex and the TH400, I put down 462/425 with a 230/234 cam, TRex should have better peak numbers though. No doubt the dyno is useless for a TH400 setup so we did the tuning on a deserted road and didn't worry about dyno numbers, the track prooved it worked.

I love the TRex, no way I'll go with an MS4 unless someone has astounding track numbers with it.
