Default Cam gains ?

What kind of gains do you think I will get from the Comp Cams xtreme energy 216/220 .525/.253 cam with my current mods? check sig for mods. I know a guy who is gonna give me a deal on one if I want it. Let me know what you all think!

So, I should probably go a little bigger say 224*/224* LSA 114

I gained 40rwhp with a 230/230 cam.

What do you want out of it? Absolute performance? The idling lope?

If you have the slightest inclination that you will want more hp with a bigger cam then go bigger then you originally planned. I started off wanting to go with a 224 cam from Thunder Racing but then it went up to 228R from TSP then finally deciding on the F12 or F13 which are 230/230 and 230/232 durations.

I would go 224+ if I were you. I had a 225/225 .589/.589 112 in my previous stalled a4. I am definately going bigger this round in my current m6.

I would go with either a 224/228, or a 228/232 if you wanted to step it up some, on your choice of LSA and advance.

Maybe 25rwhp. I had this cam and really liked it. I never had the car on a dyno though.
