I'm sure I'll be doing business with them again in the future!
The new head will be here tomorrow and I hope to have it in and running by tomorrow evening. I'll post up and let you know how it goes.

Called them up on Monday, told them the problem. Jason (owner at TSP) told me what he needed off the old one and is overnighting me a new one tonight.
Good folks to deal with.

Gasket was still in good shape, wasn't really even stuck to the block. But it wasn't even on there for 48 hours. It'll get replaced with a new one though.
I'll be glad to get that thing together and off the ramps. It's been over a week since I drove it and I'm having withdrawals!!
But I have been saving on gas!
they do have good customer service and have taken care of me as well

it was the cnc ls6 heads with the 2.04 /1.57 valves...you could see and feel in the intake port where the hole(crack) was....not to mention the clean valves in that cylinder that showed it was burning coolant...mine was just in one cyl...

But on another note...
IT'S ALIVE AND RUNNING!!!!
Got it back together last night...she fired right up...still got a few bugs in it, needs an O2 sensor on the drivers front bank, but other than that...everything seems okay.
I looked all over the head that I had that was cracked, but couldn't find a thing. Friend of mine came over last night to wrap up the final details of the install and immediately noticed the crack.
Looked on the floor of the intake runner and there was a crack...he pressed on it and his finger went right through the runner!!
I couldn't believe it. Never seen that happen before. Two of them had cracks you could see....and a third was soft enough in that spot that you could have pushed it through.
But, bottom line is that TSP stepped up to the plate and remedied the situation ASAP. Can't say enough about the company or the people that work there. Thanks again guys!
Another thing to watch out for is the castings used for the Al parts some time will have porosity in the parts. some times after porting the head, this will be exposed to the coolent jacket. they can then leek too.
