i paid less then $1200 for everything listed:

-224/224 Cam with Lobe Separation Angle=114º (Cam install guide)
-PRC Dual Springs
-Hardened chromoloy pushrods
-Titanium retainers
-Hardened Seats
-LS6 ported oil pump
-Rollmaster single roller non-adjustable timing chain
-Gasket kit
-O-ring for oil pump
-More Tool

who reused thier old front seal....nevermind got a new one in the kit!

Nice job. How did you hold the springs up? Compressed air or TDC? I've done both and would do TDC ALL DAY LONG no problems. Compressed air is a pain in the ***. Especially the satanic number 8 cylinder.

TDC, why would you want to do compressed air, it just makes no sense to me, when TDC is so nice, its like i can mow the lawn with a lawnmower or some scissors which would I rather do?

You couldn't have said it better my friend. TDC method is the man!

I did it compressed air once because I hadn't though/heard of the TDC method before. Never again. Nevah!
