smoking car at wot.......
i was taking off on this ss truck, and i smoked him ........no its not funny, i literaly smoked him.....my car smoked when i accelarated and no it wasnt the tires.....not like a big puff of smoke but enough to notice out my rear dark tint.....what could that be, it's never smoked......last mods i did was ls6 intake, magnaflow catback, ls6 pvc conversion, remove egr........any help or advice would be appreciated

same here i think we have it narrowed down to the valve guides me and another person on this thread due to the oil on the threads of the spark plugs in my case but i would love to hear other opinions.

my friend said my car smoked when i raced him on a really hot day, was getting some mad detonation too. not sure what was up, but it was literally about 100* outside, maybe that had something to do with it idk.

the only real way to tell is to pull the intake off the car and try your best to look down into the intake and exhaust valves check your plugs as well for oil ive also heard rocker bolts without sealant will possibly cause this??

The color of the smoke will tell all.. Blue is oil, Black is gas, White is water...
Mine has some black smoke @ WOT... but it's running pretty rich since the tr224 cam went in without much of a tune.
