7.425 Comp Cam push rods
Basic cam change gasket kit (with crank bolt)
Ls2 timing chain (if you have over 50K miles on your motor)
You'll need a spring change tool, oil, filter, assembly lube, RTV gasket sealant, 10mm ratchet wrench, breaker tube and bar (to beak loose crank bolt), pulley removal tool, assorted sockets and wrench.

once it is finished you still have to tune (wideband dyno being the best)
So in all budget at least $1500 to do it properly, along with lots of patience and a first aid kit for your poor hands
