I had the Cartek 3x heads and cam before very streetable cam that makes insane power. My motor was flycut for the package not sure if you need to if your running stock size valves. Call Dave at Cartek 908-317-4496 he will answer all your questions.

They had to cut valve reliefs in the tops of the pistons to get a safe piston to valve clearence. I bought my whole complete motor used for a steal at $3500! The difference between the 3x and 4x is a bigger cam and some more port work on stock casting heads, I have the 243's (LS6 heads). The driveability is great this car is my DD it needs some more pedal to get it going in 1st as compared to the 3x but the topend is flatout sick. What kind of budget are you on?

Have no times yet, Just got the new setup a couple months ago. I'm hoping for high 10's once the cool air comes in a 3700lb car. Those other cams will make good power . My personal experience with Cartek is they put out well thought out packages that flat out perform. Going with the 3x will definatley make you very happy.
