Default ATTN CNC Head Porting vendors

I have an almost new set of 243 heads that I want CNC ported. Hand finishing is nice but I want all ports equal. Please PM, Email or post prices to port my heads. They are stock 2005 LS2 heads with Manley dual springs and titanium retainers. Work will begin as soon as I find a suitable price. My 408 is being built right now so time is of the essense.

Contact Gunnar at Patriot, they have a great CNC program for the LS6/LS2 with ports around 227cc.

Call TSP,they have a real good setup for the ls2 head.

TSP is a ~235 intake CNC and Patriot is a ~227 CNC, from the size of your motor, I would go TSP. Ask about opening up the chambers to your bore size, I know they can do that and you'll benefit a lot from that.
IMO you should also invest in aftermarket seats and bigger valves.

Keep in mind that those numbers are with a 2.08" valve, on a 4.155" bore, with a 237cc runner. Below are some flow figures from a set of our 243's with a 227 runner, 2.00"/1.55" valves, on a 3.905" bore:

I guess I should have mentioned the engine these heads would be going upon. It will be a LQ4 408ci steel block with a CompCams 54-448-11 bumpstick. The engine started life as a 1998 T/A LS1 and then the 243 went on. Now it's time to move upwards.

Yep go ahead and have a stage 3 job done. Most of the budget wars won't apply for your heads.
Call TEA as well at 330-784-5210.
I would go with a 2.08 intake/1.60exhaust valve.
Or you could always sell the 243's and go with a set of 225's from AFR/ETP/Trickflow....
