Default MS3 work good with Procharger

Just wandering if the MS3 will work well with a prochager, I was planning on staying N/A for now but I came across a great deal on a twin intercooled prochager, if these two don't work well what would be a good cam for this and give me just as much power as the MS3. Thanks in advance, Wes

i think itll have to much overlap, for the procharger, you cant get any better than a gt2-3 cam, those epp guys are kicking *** with that cam, making like 750rwhp on multiple 34xci d1 setups

too much overlap. There are many cams that would fit the bill, I like 224/228,113+1lsa XE (Comp Cam)

just sell the MS3 and get another boost friendly cam, if you check out EPP's website theres a build in there that still used a decent size cam, if your fear is going unnoticed when you turn the car on

It depends on what you want. It's not optimal, but if you want both a FI car and a nasty cammed car, you'll still make great power. However, if you want to squeeze every last hp out of it another cam will be needed.

There is a guy on corvetteforum who ran a Comp Cams 234/240 598/608, SS3600, 3.90 gears, ECS Paxton w/ 12psi. Not optimal, but he wanted a wild, tire shredding, cam shaking thrill ride.

Too much overlap pushes unburned intake charge as the exhaust valve is still open when the intake one opens. This means you are just throwing you charge out before combustion. Under boost, this is magnified tremendeously and is a waiste.
Don't get me wrong, some overlap can be beneficial with proper durations and VEs but not on the MS3.
look at the cam I suggested for Exemple, 0* overlap and not negative for instance. You want to keep as much of the charge in the chamber before ignition.
This is not like N2O where excessive cylinder pressure is mostly after combustion and not before.

No need for a big Cam with a blower, expecially on a stock shortblock.Low 220's will be plenty. Also plan on restalling that 3400rpm converter to something lower/tighter.
