g5x3 on 112lsa, heads, power, idle and flycut
Hey guys.
I just bought a g5x3 112lsa cam off of a member here.. I'm planning on running this cam with prc ls6 heads... I know tsp offers the ls6 with 2 different intake valves... which one should I go with?
How is the power curve of this cam and what is the average hp with heads, headers and intake?
How is the idle on this cam? Rough, smooth?
And last but def not least.. With the prc ls6 heads, will I need to flycut?
This is all going into an ls1 c5
Thx

Just be aware that this cam on that 112 will fit without flycutting on stock valved heads/unmilled/W stock gasket. however, the PTV clearance is less than .080 intake and .100 xhaust.
My advice flycut a little to give you some comfort margin.
It is indeed a good cam.
