Nice numbers, especially since it looks like you're without an U/D pulley.

i was only in the 38x range but i'm sure with a ud pulley and great tune 39x was possible.the 228 is a great all around cam that peaks fairly early so you don't have to wind it to the moon .

I think it will be close. I guess if i make 390 i could get a UD pulley or EWP to try and reach 400. But i hope the 228 can make 400. But i guess it really doesnt matter because its just numbers. Either way the car is gonna haul ***!

I hit 399rwhp with my TR224 back in 03 with every bolt on save an EWP. Tune was razor sharp thru ORY and open QTEC. I don't see why not.

I have the TSP228R. I havent dyno'd it, but this is what I figured.
I had all the bolt ons and a TR224 cam, and it dymo'd at 370RWHP. The 228R is good for maybe 8-10 RWHP more according to TSP. So lets say now im at 380RWHP and Ive added AFR heads milled .20 off which I figure are good for 40 RWHP. So I figure I have 420 RWHP, but my tune is not razor sharp and the tuner thinks it's a bad cam to tune. This is his quote:

"As I have stated in past posts I am not a fan of more duration on the intake and same spec cams intake/exhaust. Its been proven time and time again you need to run mininum of 4 degrees more on the exhaust to get the combo to sing. I've advised many people not to use certain cams and they end up unhappy".

The car bucks at low RPMs in any gear, but it's most evident in 1st car between 1500 and 1900 RPMs
