Which spark plugs for H/C
Which spark plugs for H/C I was wondering which plugs do I need to be running in the car. I have patriot ported 243 castings along with a comp 232/236 595/601 XE-R.
A-4 with full bolt-ons and a 3500 stall..........................................
I live in Mississippi where it is about 50-60 degrees in the daytime right now.
I have the AC Iridiums in right now, but they are fairly old plugs.

Im running the TR6 plugs with about 11:1 CR. The higher the number, the colder the plug. The TR5 and TR55 are both the stock heat range, but the TR5 is gapped at .035 and the TR55 is at .050. I gapped my TR6's to .040 IIRC.

Verdad Gallardo So, which would be better............the regular tr55, tr55 ix, tr5...............I want a plug that would be suited for the summer also...........summer here is around 95-100............maybe I could just adjust the gap for the summertime.
