Default Blocking EGR...

Alright, well I've decided to block off my egr. I can't get the tubes bent right and it looks horrible. So I went ahead and ordered the PACEGR block off kit from Pace. Now, from what I understand it doesn't come with something to block the hole on the intake manifold. Any suggestions? I know some people had to have done this. What did you use, where did you get it, and what did you have to do to put it in? I think thats it. TIA

Just buy a rubber pipe/freeze plug from your local hardware store. It has a threaded insert that makes the rubber expand within the hole when tightened. Beats me as to the exact size though.

What I did...I switched the passenger side and driver side and from there bent them to fit. This is on a 2000. Doing this, you won't throw a code as you would by just plugging it. What type of headers do you have. I did this w/ Macs.

The driver side fits better on the passenger side header and vice versa. You will still have to bend them some.
