Hell yeah, hooker rocks! Best 260 I ever spent on any exahust. With the long tubes and offroads its just plain MEAN sounding. My buddy has one on a basically stock z and its pretty mellow with a deep rumble at idle but really muscle sounding at wot. I highly recommend this exhaust to anyone looking for a muscle car sounding exhaust for an ls1 without a huge dent in the pocket book! Im sure you will get lots of replies, never seen anyone who didnt like the exhaust.

I have had 3 exhausts on my TA and the Hooker is defintely my favorite one. It is cheap, flows well, and fits up great. You won't find a better catback for the money.

Ditto what everyone said. I love my Hooker catback, wouldn't trade it for anything. I was running one without cats and it sounded downright TOUGH. Very clean sounding exhaust.
FYI!! I bought this exhaust at Advanced Auto parts, and they do not charge you shipping. They have the exhaust sent to the store via one of their trucks, and you come pick it up. Easy as that. Just find the correct part # and walk inside asking for it. Good luck.

Another vote for Hookers!
I switched from Borla to the Hooker catback to get rid of that nasty sounding resonace. It sounds real deep now wthout any resonace, and is easily removable ( 3 bolts) for the track.

I have one, like the sound, but can only give mixed reviews . . .
When I got it, the piping did not fit quite right over the axle, so I still get occasional rubs. In addition, the right exhaust pipe did not fit right into the muffler and was a pain to get it to go in (I ended up bending the pipe some = no longer mandrel bends). In addition, the quad tips on it rust quickly, something many others will attest to - either coat the tips or use some other ones for your car.
It does sound very good, though.

Thumbs up from me also. Sounds goods stock and w/MAC headers with off road pipe. Especially sounds killer WOT. I always get compliments on the sound.
