Default Missed a shift bent pushrods and other Damage

So a couple weeks ago I missed a shift 1-2-3-2 style, bent some pushrods, problem fixed. drove the car like 100 miles had a rocker arm back off, I didnt use lock-tite the first time, no big, used lock-tite re-torqued checked all the torque, last night I was coming home from a date beating on the car a touch just because, and the rocker arm started taping again...need to pull the valve cover today and check its the same one, but I am pretty sure it is...what did I break?

Maybe it came loose again? How "hard" did you miss the shift, like a redline powershift?

Did you go back and apply locktite on all of them or just the one that came loose?

Did you clean the threads in the bolt hole and on the bolt before applying loctite?

Well, I didnt locktite all of them, and yes it was a redline powershift. I just pulled both valve covers off and took my torque wrench to the rocker bolts and all of them were still at 22ft/lbs so I am begining to think less valve and more possibly bad lifter. I should also add that I replaced all 16 pushrods with Comp Chromoly Pushrods. Ideas anyone?

the car is running great, doesnt feel like its down on power, seems to be running perfect.

It just seems like a bad lifter to me, because when I run the car hard, it starts tapping, then I shut it down over night and the tap went away then as I reved the car a little to see what I could hear with my mechanics stethescope the tap got louder

I did the same thing once. In addition to bending six intake pushrods one of the plastic lifter retainers broke and a lifter was spinning around on the cam. I had to pull the bank 2 head after listening and replaced the lifter and cam. Fixed my problem. If you miss a shift with hardened push rods you will get even more damage.
