np, maybe you can offer up another suggestion for him now. I just think you should go with the LS6 intake Kent. IMO if that doesn't put you right at 400hp, then you might as just come off the hip for some heads.

So he has headers....still have cats? What kind of exhaust? Maybe true duals with no cats will get er done.

he has headers with and ORY and cutouts right after them. He dyno'ed with the cutouts open and still only made 390, so the exhaust work is pretty much finished. I'm not sure I know what and EWP is either??

Well have you dynoed your car?? how much has it put down. You should be real close where you are now with the mods. Heck with a 224tr cam and my ported heads on a mustang dyno i was 366 with a auto trans 3600stall.

if you already have a ls6 intake, don't worry about the intake. Have you considered just dishing out $500 on a slightly bigger cam? I slightly bigger cam will easily put you over 400. And it won't be too expensive. Or you could save a little money and get some AFR heads, expensive, but well worth the money.

i do have hooker long tubes an electric cutout borla exaust 595 228 232 cam heads tweaked with chromoly push rods and comp beehive springs i do have an ls1 intake with the ERG removed, crank pulley. I eventually will get heads but i feel i should have or shall get 400 hp with what i got if i get close to 400 ima go with a 4.10 ro a 4.56 . the engine has 45,000 miles now so i can really start modding it wiht no worries and I got a fresh 6 speed in the car now

Dyno numbers dont win races, buy an intake, dont go true duals, its a waste of money and it isnt worth driving around sounding like a truck. My ory to 4 in cat back dynoed 1 less rwhp then my true dual set up, however I picked up 10 rwtq threw out the midrange which is alot better.
