Belt keeps slinging off.... any ideas?

Yep, Larrys pulley works great. We have not thrown a belt after installing it.

First off, thanks for the info, guys... and I also had no idea that this was a common problem.
RPM WS6:
It strted doing it all of the sudden. No changes were made to the car. The ASP crak pulley has been on the car for 20k+ miles.
I'll check it with a straightedge and try washers/shims for now....while I try to see what Larry Sample can do for me. Maybe he'll help me out since he handed me my *** at HRP, then posted the video all over the net...haha

As Colonel said... this DID NOT happen as a result of the ASP pulley install, and I'm still running the stock alt pulley, so no reason to suspect ASP.
I'll let you guys know how the washers work out.
