Default Wanted 400 HP cam for cam only set up!

So some of you may have seen my post from a few days ago asking about the MTI X1 Cam. But I want to consider other options as well because I've seen results very from 380-415 hp. I dont care about the drivability i mean i want it to be street friendly but not really worried about fuel milage and stuff. I also would like to run the factory gear if I can because I like that Hight way gear. My goal is to make awsome hp and torque with the cam I've seen some setups where it's like 380 hp and 350 ft lbs of torque but that aint enough for me I want like 400+ Hp and at least 380 ft lbs of torque. Please let me know if this is achevable and im not just thinking crazy! Thanks guys.

There are TONS of cam-only cars putting down 400/380+...just do a search. For reference I dynoed 398/360 but that was with a super lean 14.2:1 AFR and that was also before my ported TB and underdrive pulley. I'm confident that with my fixed tune and those 2 mods that I would be around 400/375

something in the 228 range might get you close. im pretty sure that X1 u were looking at will definitely get u close to 400rwhp.. if you want 400rwhp for sure go big like the ms3, g5xx cams.

A couple of weeks ago I tuned a cam-only M6 F-body that made 415/400 on a DynaPack dyno. It just had PaceSetter LTs & ORY, aftermarket exhaust, a lid and a custom Comp Cam (228/232, .58x"/.57x", 112 LSA +2 IIRC). Plus it idled on pretty much the stock settings.

Go MS3 or MS4, both consistant cams....alot of people daily drive them without issue and most of the time will make 400+, we just did a Z06 that made 440/409 with MS4, headers/orx, UD pulley, intake and tuning.

I've even seen a few make 400+ through an LS1 intake. Do a quick search on "MS3" or "MS4" and take a look at what you come up with.
