The 6500rpm problems look like valve issues. What cam are you running?

hello all, I'm not really directly involved in this little love fest but I have a realtionship with most parties involved, and I will tell you terry that the "truth" that you are looking for will come out in the end,(as it always does), and another cliche the cream always rises to the top. So lets all wait and see what the chrondeks bring .

Hey Stu.. I mean Terry since you don't seem to understand anything unless you are told several times over--- Dave's car made 407 at the wheel, not Joel's. I have an idea for you. Why don't you worry about your own car(s) and timeslips instead of everyone elses? You obviously have problems there that need to be worked out. Oh, and sorry I left my sig out last time, I won't this time since you're so interested... You really should tell your mistaken troll(s) (coming down to the wire of who they are and they're in for a big suprise) to get their facts straight before relaying information to you, so you don't look even dummer when you shout to te world that you think you have some inside info....Wait..That wouldn't be possible. nevermind...
Oh, and Stealth, hopefully you'll only get to meet Terry after I do. But, if you do meet him first, say hello for me, okay... And again, like everyone else has said, the truth will be in the clocks come race day.. <img src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" border="0">

This is really sad.

Its gotten to the point that people are making threatening overtones over a post on a freakin car board?

How old are you guys (stealth C-5 and Abe). Do you guys have an inferiority complex that you think your still on the playground at school?

Well my dog will kill your dog....how's that? Or, better watch what you drink cause Im a pharmaceutical chemist (I know big words hurt to read).

This has got to be the most pathetic thing I have read anywhere to date.

Joel, its your car, your money, enjoy it for yourself.

Joel, your cam is our 224-224 cam. The rev limiter is set to 7,000 but the dyno graph shows 7,250, this is typical of an unlocked converter or a slipping trans (I looks like it didn't lock until 4,200 rpm even though it was manually locked at the beginning of the run). The peak at 6,500 is probably at 6,300-6,400. After your new trans comes in we will finish tuning it with the MACs and after with the Dynotechs.

Pewter_00_TA
I think it is sad that people are making threats over the net too. I know Abe personally and it surprises me to see this.
I think everyone should just enjoy their cars and hopefully make it to Cecil on May 12th <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
I know I am not going to show if I am going to witness a fist fight in the staging lanes over something as silly as cam specs or dyno numbers LOL! We are all adults here <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

The cars will all be on the same track the same day, launching from the same lanes with the same DA. Weigh the cars, race the cars, and HAVE FUN!
Who really gives a **** if car A goes faster than car B?
In the end it is all about being happy with your combo and how it performs. I personally would love to see all the different Vendors being represented and have it being a FUN time without stressing if car X is making 2RWHP more than me or is 25 pounds lighter with newer slicks ROFL!!
Cheers,
Chris

AAAAAaaawwwww..... Now my feelings are hurt, I'll have to stop.. =*( If you have a problem with me sticking up for people I know, though! Keep your piddly comments to yourself. You and I have had words before, so your statements mean absolutely nothing. You act like this is the first time Terry's been threatened, or has started problems. This has been going on for a llloonnngggg time with him on this board and he brings it on himself. Don't involve yourself unless you truly want to be involved, which is just what you did with your petty comments against Stealth and I. Do I condone violence, do I look for it?? NO, not anymore. But, someettiimmmessss... . Is Terry a friend of your you're looking to protect? Now that would be the saddest thing I ever read here..

Is that post in reference to me Abe?
I am confused LOL When have you and I had words?

I am not picking up for anybody, I am just saying the whole argument is pretty gay. Everyone head to the track on MAy 12th (Cecil)

When the flag drops the bullshit stops...
If you aren't the fastest who cares, enjoy your cars...
Cheers,
Chris

No Chris, that was to Pewter.. You made your reply when I was writing mine.. But, you're missing the point. This started out as a good post about how well someone is doing with their car and now, thanks to Terry, it has become a name-calling fest. But, it has beocme that, because Terry is blaintly lying and calling others liers. THIS IS WHY THE THREAD HAS TAKEN THE USUAL NEGATIVE TURN! Some people you can reason with, but there's just no hope and they just need more...

Terry I went to my files and got the dyno sheets
I was wrong when I said I made 379..

It was 374.7 w/the TR cam
I'm sorry I was off 4.3 RWHP and can understand why u would think I was BS u.

And Dennis is totally wrong about the camshaft.
Joe put the 216 in the car,I'm sure he will come in and straighten this out. That setup dynoed 36? I dont have that sheet here its at work.

So lets all get along,Okay.
Wish me the best wit hmy new project and let it go Terry. This is all BS to me and after my Mom has passed I dont really wanna fight anymore about his stuff.

I let Julio speak for from now on as he is the one who is doing my car.He can post all info and dyno runs if and when he feels the need.

Joe and I r still friends and I wish him the best.
Now lets move on...

U can count me in that group as well. I should have my setup done my mid March. I am shooting for 11.2 with ME driving. My wife may be able to squeeze a little more out of it. JS your setup is sweet. What is the final cam spec that you achieved those numbers with? I will be useing the TR cam so it would be nice if I know where I will stand compared to you. Also JS I may shout u a phone call. Joe P said u know where to get SVO#30
iinjectors at a good price. See u @ Cecil!

I can only assume that you don't have enough faith in your car to let it do the talking for you? BTW I like how you hide your dyno numbers and times in the middle of a 10 line sig to avoid embarrassment.

I'm sure you'd never tell a lie honest Abe, but see my a couple of my last posts that contain conflicting statements from JS. Just another example of how JS has been BS's us. I really want to see someone confirm his "216" cam story, because I heard from a separate source that he really did have a 218/224 cam that whole time.

I hate to tell you this, but just because you claim I'm lying doesn't make it so. You need to provide supporting information to back up your claims. So far all you've provided is hot air. We'll all understand if you wish to bow out of this discussion.

The post I quoted above was before you had the TR cam, so it would have been 379rwhp with the now infamous "216" cam. You can't cover up a lie with another lie. Just admit you were full of it and we'll move on. <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">

Hey Abe, Terry and I do not get along. We have had our words before, so trust me, I am not defending anyone.

If you have a problem with the fact that I pointed out that you essentially threatened another individual with bodily harm, then maybe you do have a severe mental problem.

Yes, Terry has stirred up trouble in this post, yes it has turned into a bickering war, but now we are going to turn to violence?

Its a shame that you represent a great dealership.
